The Human Rights Council during its midday meeting held an interactive dialogue with the Independent Expert on the situation of human rights in Somalia and an interactive dialogue on the oral update of the High Commissioner for Human Rights on the situation of human rights in Libya. The President of the Central African Republic also addressed the Council.
人権理事会は、昼の会合において、ソマリアの人権状況に関する独立専門家との双方向対話およびリビアにおける人権状況に関する人権高等弁務官の口頭報告に関する双方向対話を開催した。また、中央アフリカ共和国大統領が、理事会に演説も行なった。

China said that the turmoil in Libya had negatively affected civilians in the country and threatened the region as a whole. China had provided humanitarian assistance to Libya in order to mitigate the humanitarian crisis. It was important to reach a United Nations-led political solution and to strengthen counter terrorism cooperation with Libya.
中国は、リビアにおける混乱が同国の民間人に悪影響を及ぼし、地域全体を脅かしたと述べた。中国は、人道危機を緩和するために、リビアに人道援助を行っていた。国連主導の政治的解決に達し、リビアとの対テロ協力を強化することが重要だった。
