The Human Rights Council this afternoon held its annual thematic discussion on technical cooperation in the promotion and protection of human rights, focusing on a decade of technical cooperation and capacity building in the Human Rights Council: challenges and the way forward.

China, speaking on behalf of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa (BRICS), shared the view on the importance of strengthening technical assistance and capacity building as an indispensable component of the international human rights system. It was crucial to engage constructively and in good faith with concerned countries.
中国は、ブラジル、ロシア、インド、中国、南アフリカ（BRICS）を代表して発言し、国際人権制度の不可欠な構成要素である技術支援とキャパシティ・ビルディングの強化の重要性について意見を共有した。関係国と建設的かつ誠実に関わることは極めて重要だった。
