The Human Rights Council this afternoon held an interactive dialogue with Miklos Haraszti, Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Belarus.

China welcomed the progress made by Belarus and the adoption of its human rights action plan. Human rights differences should be handled through cooperation, and China opposed any politicization of human rights issues.
中国は、ベラルーシによって成された進展と人権行動計画の採択を歓迎した。人権の違いは協力を通じて扱われるべきであり、中国は人権問題のいかなる政治化にも反対した。
Democratic People’s Republic of Korea said it opposed politicization, selectivity and double standards in the field of human rights and rejected any attempt to interfere in the internal affairs of States. Thus, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea did not see any value in the adoption a politically motivated resolution that foresaw the extension of the mandate of the Special Rapporteur on Belarus.
北朝鮮は、人権分野における政治化、選択性、二重基準に反対し、国家の内政を妨害しようとするいかなる試みも拒否したと述べた。したがって、北朝鮮は、ベラルーシに関する特別報告者のマンデートの延長が見込まれる、政治的に動機づけられた決議を採択することに、いかなる価値も見い出さなかった。
