The Human Rights Council in its midday meeting concluded its clustered interactive dialogue with Annalisa Ciampi, Special Rapporteur on the rights to freedom of peaceful assembly and of association, and with Koumbou Boly Barry, Special Rapporteur on the right to education.
人権理事会は、昼の会合で、平和的な集会と結社の自由の権利に関する特別報告者アナリザ・チアンピ、教育の権利に関する特別報告者クンブー・ボリ・バリとの集約化双方向対話を終結させた。

China noted that everyone was entitled to peaceful assembly and association, but it should not be interpreted as the right to undermine the human rights of any group, or to undermine State stability. China took the necessary steps to promote access to education.
中国は、何人も平和的な集会と結社の権利を与えられているが、いかなるグループの人権を損なうことや、国家の安定を損なうことの権利として解釈されるべきではないと指摘した。中国は教育へのアクセスを促進するために必要な措置を取った。

Republic of Korea outlined that it was of utmost importance that governments took into account the role of non-formal education. The Republic of Korea ask the Special Rapporteur to give further details on the means to build a national qualification framework while promoting local language learning and local educational programmes.
韓国は、政府が非正式教育の役割を考慮に入れることが最も重要であると説明した。韓国は、地域の語学学習や地域の教育プログラムを促進する一方、国家資格の枠組みを構築する手段の詳細を伝えるよう特別報告者に要請した。
